news< > < > < > < > march 2008 we are excited to have contributed music to the soundtrack for the documentary film "the way bobby sees it". the film is about bobby mcmullen, a visually impaired mountain bike racer in northern california. the filmmakers are jason watkins and wendy todd, and bobby's story is fascinating. we revamped some tracks from "grey ghost" and added some additional music. ****************************************** july 2006 it's official - "grey ghost" is out! years in the making! it's available from the nice people at cd baby. mister palmer enjoyed his eurotrip and bought a korg synthesizer. meanwhile mister freeman is going to record the sounds of nature with an edirol r-09. ****************************************** june 2006 OK, our new album "grey ghost" is at the pressing plant and should be available this month. finally! it is being released in a limited edition on box kite records. meanwhile mister palmer is touring europe as a radar brother and as a private citizen. in the meantime: look ma, we're on iTunes! (beware though, some of the song titles are wrong!) ****************************************** september 2005 well, after some careful deliberation (and maybe a little beer) we have decided to revamp our new album "grey ghost". we are going to remix/rearrange some tracks, ditch a couple and add some new ones. once we are done our plans (at the moment) are to release a limited edition on boxkite early next year. ****************************************** february 2005 we recently completed a new full-length release entitled "grey ghost". we started this recording in 2002 and finished it in July 2004, when we had it mastered at the wonderful john golden mastering of ventura california. we had started the project in pro tools but ended up ditching pt for logic audio, a decision that we have never regretted! it did slow us down a little bit, though. you can hear the track parekareka from "grey ghost" on the sounds page.
